All testing systems must undergo periodical reliability tests to ensure their proper functioning during production.

Specifically for systems used for leakage tests on exhaust pipes for the automotive industry, quality systems require daily monitoring of measuring accuracy.

It’s important to ensure the objectivity and correct execution of these tests.

  • The SPM independently carries out the control on power-up and after a set number of tests

  • The SPM verifies that the measured value is within the set limits and determines the test result

  • The SPM remains in autocheck mode until it has successfully passed the check.
